Cindy Tannington talks to us about her break up and how she has been feeling since the split.
It has been a month since my boyfriend and I broke up and I want my ex back. The first couple of days and then weeks were really difficult for me. All I could think about was my ex, and the only thought on my mind that I could formulate was “I want my ex back”.
I was a total mess in the beginning, I found that I just wanted to lay in bed and eat chocolate. Soon, on top of feeling sad and thinking “I want my ex back” I found that I was gaining some weight. This was an unwelcome addition, for sure.
I decided that if I want my ex back, I need to get out and start exercising, stop feeling sorry for myself and improve the way that I look. In other words, I should care about how I look when I leave the house instead of throwing my hair up in a pony tail and putting on some track pants.
I have noticed that since I started getting out and doing things that I do feel a lot better, not only about myself, but about everything. Let me tell you, sitting around the house moping and whining “I want my ex back” accomplishes absolutely nothing. You, my friend, need to get out and live your life. That’s what I am doing.
I have heard from some mutual friends that my ex is asking about me and what I have been up to. This is a very good sign, because him showing interest is an indication that he wants to get back together with me too.
Now I really have a decision to make. Do I want my ex back, or should I move on with my life? I have realized that wanting what I cannot have makes something that much more attractive to me; however, when I know that I can have it back, I don’t seem interested.
Everyday people get back together with their ex and you can too. Let’s start getting your ex back today with our free ’sneaky secrets’ video series.
