So there you are wondering how to win him back.  I can tell you first hand that my boyfriend and I broke up and I wondered the same thing.  So what did I do about it?  At first, absolutely nothing.  I did not call him, I did not text him and I definitely did not email him.  A few weeks passed, and he started to ask my friends about me.  What was I up to?  Who was I hanging around with?  Was I seeing anyone?  I could tell that this route was really driving him crazy.

I have to tell you, it was the hardest thing I have ever had to do.  If you are wondering how to win him back – your ex, that is, try the “no contact” rule.  Don’t even ask his friends about him.  If you are truly heart broken, don’t let it show.  If you have to ball your eyes out, do it behind closed doors so no one can see how sad you are.  Show a happy face to the outside world.  If he gets an inkling that you are fine without him, he is going to start wondering if he ever meant anything to you.

So how does this help you on your quest of how to win him back?  Don’t be surprised if he calls you after a couple of weeks and wants to talk to you.  Now, don’t jump at the phone and answer it right away.  Let him leave you a few messages.  Eventually, take his call and agree to talk to him for a while.  Do not profess your feelings for him, just keep it all on the down low and stay calm.  This is the best tip I can give you on how to win him back.
