If you and your girlfriend or wife just broke up and you want to get back together with her, then read on, as I want to show you how to win her back.

First of all, give her some space.  I know you probably want to call her right away and beg her to get back together, but take it from me, I went that route, and it only makes you look desperate.  If your girlfriend smells desperation, it will make you look totally unattractive to her.  She will run, far and fast and you will never get her back.

You want to know how to win her back?  Leave her alone.  Don’t call her, don’t text her, don’t email her.  Act as though things are absolutely fine with you, although you are probably dying inside (I know I was).  What distracts you from reality?  Are you into playing video games?  Go to a video store and purchase an epic game to keep you occupied for a couple of weeks.  Something that takes a huge amount of concentration, and leaves you no time to think about her.

So you aren’t into video games?  Dude, get outside.  Go ride your bike, go out with friends, go to a movie (not a romantic one or a tear jerker).  In other words, get on with your own L-I-F-E.  If you really want to know how to win her back, you need to prove to her that you are just fine without her.  Besides that, she will wonder why you have not called her.  The longer you let her wonder, the more curious she will be about why you are not trying to find out how to win her back.

Another method how to win her back – hit the gym – HARD.  Even if you have never been into the gym, this is one place where you can get out your feelings by lifting weights and working your body hard.  The harder you work, the better you will look.  Soon, your friends will take notice and they will tell her how awesome you look.  This is one of the best methods of how to win her back that there is.
