Here’s a great little story which illustrates the kind of situation you might currently be experiencing. We hope this helps!

It seems like the end of the world when you go through a break up and the only thing that you can think about is how to win back love.  Of course, there are a lot of things to consider first, and I know exactly what you are going through, because I have been there myself.

When my girlfriend broke up with me, I wanted to die.  I started thinking about how to win back love and get back together with her, right from the start and then constantly all day and every day.  For about a week, I didn’t eat much.  I felt like throwing up all of the time.  Whenever I saw her, I would start to shake, but I could not go up to her, because I knew she needed her space.

I knew that I should not call her.   I also knew not to text her or email her, but to leave her alone, as hard as it was for me to do that, I knew that one key of how to win back love was to cut off all contact.  for a while anyway. Talk about difficult.  It really was hard for me.

I decided to start going out with my friends and doing all of those things we wanted to do for years, but haven’t had the opportunity to do.  I think in the process I discovered that one way how to win back love is to live a happy life despite the fact that you are not with the one person you need to be with.

I found out a short time later that she had been asking about me and how I was doing.  It was at that moment that I realized that she truly did love me and that I had a chance to get her back.
